A new system was just added to the game - World Airlines Directorate.

This is a voting system that each airline can participate. Each airline can place a vote for itself or another airline in the game. The top 3 airlines in the game will be able to pick 3 airports (1 each airline) and those airports will give an extra 10% encasement in ticket cost for airlines that fly there.

There will be 3 voting rounds each month, beginning from the 1st of the month until the 10th then from the 10th until the 20th and then from the 20th until the end of the month. Each round an airline can vote only once.


Instructions:

• In order to vote for someone you need to go to his airline information screen and there next to his CEO name you will see this icon . Clicking this icon will take you to a page where you can vote.
• To view the list of the top 10 airlines you can click the Airlines Directorate link on the left menu.
• If you are 1 of the top 3 airlines in that list, you will see a link Edit Bonus City and there you will be able to edit the bonus city.
• Only airlines with a rating higher than 2 can place a vote in the system.
  

With time more things can be added to the system that those top 3 airlines can control.

Wow, looks cool. Kind of like the Senate System in CyberNations.

However, like the Senate system, the voting will be controled by the alliances with huge member counts.

(My alliance can back a large alliance's candidate if they let us pick one of the airports for 1 voting period a month or something)

It's all politics Chocolate Cookies.... The members that will make the most deals with alliances/airlines for a bonus city will get the most votes.

I do assume, here, that the airport is decided 3 times a month then?

Or can it be changed at any time?

Right now it can be changed at anytime.

The voting rounds doesnt reset the votes that an airline already have, the reset is being made only at the begining of each month. The rounds just allowe the airlines to vote again.

So it is just like CN's Senate, except with 3 voting rounds instead of 2. Well, political experience FTW.

No green check box next to my CEO name on my Airline Information Page. I have 1 vote, but that was an alliance member and the information above states that we can vote for ourselves.

So the top 3 airlines choose 3 cities that give a 10% ticket bonus to all airlines that fly there? Is that how it works? I'm a little confused.
