I just made another change to the fuel system.

Right now each city has it's own fuel price that will change each day at 00:00. The price will be a random number between $1.5 - $3.0.
  • Routes Information - In this page you can see the fuel price of the city where the aircraft is located but only when the aircraft is on the ground. The fuel cost is before any fuel improvement that an airline has.
  • Possible Routes - Here you can see the fuel price of where your aircraft located and in the city where you want to fly to. Both of those prices are before any improvement that an airline has. The Fuel Cost in the information section is calculated with all the fuel improvements that an airline has so this is the price that you will pay.
  • Airport Information Here you can see the fuel price of today and the price that this city had yesterday.
  • Airport Slots - Here next to each city you can see what is the current fuel price.
  • Earning Calculation - When you use the page you will see the fuel price of both departing and arriving cities.

This system will make a big difference in fuel costs between cities.

If you want me to add the fuel price to any other pages in the game please let me know.
that is nice, you are such a sweety!
Excellent!
Also, any chance of showing the fuel cost in the route earnings calculator on the result page?
Awesome!

Added the info to the "Route Earning Calculation" page aswell.

Thanks.
How drastic a change are we talking? It would be wierd if my usual route had a double in fuel price overnight. It should only be able to change a MAX of 50 cents, maybe less, IMO.
Fuel costs will be at absolute worst... equal to what they were yesterday.
Also - Any chance at adding a global fuel price average to the World Statistics page (assuming the average fuel price isn't going to be $2.25)
Suggestion: Alliances can buy a universal contract (big bucks), and individuals can buy at the universal price or local price. Obviously you would choose the cheaper. The more the upper limit is reduced by the "contract" the more value derived and the more the cost paid by the Alliance has to be. Almost a real world situation. Suggest a 1MM per penny reduction ..so to get a $1.00 reduction to a $2.00 alliance contract ceiling price is 100MM .... per year. Suggest lower limit of $1.50 per Litre.
Thanks admin!
