Each Day at 00:00 the travel agency will generate 24 new contracts, 6 contracts in each category. At 12:00 the same day the travel agency will generate the same amount of contracts again.

Travel Agency Categories:
*Small Contracts - Only for small airlines with rating under 30. Those contracts are between 8,000 and 10,000 passengers.
*Medium Contracts - Only for medium airlines with rating under 130. Those contracts are between 12,000 and 15,000 passengers.
*Large Contracts - Only for large airlines with rating under 1000. Those contracts are between 51,000 and 56,000 passengers.
*Extreme Contracts - Those contracts are between 150,000 and 180,000 passengers.

Each contract you take will show you the amount of passengers you need to carry in order to finish it successfully, the reward amount you will get if you finish it successfully and the penalty amount you will have to pay if you fail to carry the needed amount of passengers.

Restrictions:
*Your airline must have already carried at least 1,000 passengers and have rating greater than 1 in order to start taking contracts.
*Each airline can have only one open contract at a given time.
*When all the contracts are taken you will have to wait for new contract to be generated.
So if there is a contract for 4000 passengers to Oslo. You have to transport 4000 passengers to that city. But does it matter from what city you do that? So, for example, is it possible to buy a slot at 350 km from oslo and transport those passengers from there to oslo?
Doesn't matter from which city the passengers come--all passengers transported by your airline to target city count. Yeah, it's more efficient to use the closest slots you have (or buy).

Personally I use multiple close cities (to me it doesn't make much difference if it's 305 km or 350 km; I will use both of those airports), but a lot of airlines use only the closest slot.
Does it count even if the flight is a fail? Like even if the fuel cost exceeds the profit that will be made?Does it still count the passangers?

Yes.
Ok thanks.
how many seats (at least) the airplane should have to cover the smallest contract ?

Your MD-81's are good for contracts. But I do not suggest taking one unless your really sure you can handle it. If you have yakovelev aircraft or any of those small ones you wont make a small one. You need bigger regionals or meduim ranged to make a contract.

I am currently on a contract with a A300 and 4 mD-81's and I am having a hard time.. sooo watch out !
I just started a contract today with 4 A310's and so far done 4000 out 14000..hopefully i can finish by the deadline on Monday

It may look a lost cause but I am doing a 14k contract and have 1500 left to do by the end of Friday,I have 5 A300's on the contract. You need to fly hard all the time you have, particually over the weekend.

Over all unless you can fly all day forget about contracts until you get to lease A300's.
